TERMS & CONDITIONS — Hollywood Glamour Training

These Terms & Conditions apply to Hollywood Glamour beauty and body sculpting courses (online and in-person). By booking, you agree to the following:
1. Payments & Deposits
• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Full balance must be paid by the deadline given.
• Failure to pay may result in losing your space.
2. Course Attendance
Students must:
• Arrive on time
• Follow health & safety rules
• Bring required materials (if any)
• Behave respectfully
Disruptive behaviour may result in removal with no refund.
3. Certificates
Certificates are issued once:
• Theory is completed
• Practical training is completed
• You meet the required standard
• All payments are made
We do not certify students who are not ready or safe to work.
4. Intellectual Property
You must not:
• Copy, share, or resell course materials
• Teach others using Hollywood Glamour content
• Upload or distribute training videos
• Rebrand our course materials
This will result in removal with no refund.
5. Models
Some courses require models.
Models must:
• Be 18+
• Sign consent
• Have no medical contraindications
Students are responsible for providing their own model unless stated otherwise.
6. Insurance & Licensing
It is the student’s responsibility to:
• Arrange insurance
• Check council licensing requirements
Suggested insurers:
• Insync Insurance
• ABT
• Radius Insurance
• Westminster
• Professional Beauty Direct
7. Online Training Access
• Login details must not be shared
• Course content may not be copied
• Access is for one student only
• No refunds once access is given
8. Liability
Hollywood Glamour is not liable for:
• Loss of earnings
• Travel costs
• Missed appointments
• Model cancellations
Students are fully responsible for treatments carried out after training.
